I began photography to slow myself down enough to appreciate the world around me. What I discovered is that while holding a camera, now and then, I'd slip into a mental state in which almost everything appeared to be beautiful. Photography became a form of spiritual practice. For a while I also printed, displayed and sold photographs. I still like to share special images so have included a few here.
